When you login to your cPanel >> MySQL databases, it may show the database size zero even if your database size is not zero.
You are seeing “0” database size because disk usage count for MySQL database is not enabled. You can enable it from WHM. You will need the server’s root access to enable this option.
– Login to your WHM
– Go to WHM >> Server Configuration >> Tweak Settings >> SQL >> Include databases in disk usage calculations
You may need to allow few minutes to calculate disk usage of all databases.
