Yes, you can easily manage your WordPress website using cPanel. cPanel provides builtin WordPress Toolkit to manage your WordPress installation, updates and many other features.
CloudLinux places the installation log in /var/log/cldeploy.log file. You can login to your server via SSH and access this log file.
By default cPanel check and install an SSL certificate every night. Instead of waiting for the nightly check, you can install a free SSL on server’s hostname using the following command:
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkallsslcerts
There is no direct way you can restore cPanel installation to its original stat. If you wish to perform this, you should install cPanel on a fresh server.
It is not possible to run AutoSSL on cPanel DNS-only servers. However, you can install free hostname SSL certificates by using the following command:
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkallsslcerts
