Attenda Limited, the Always On Managed Services company, today announced that it had signed a three year contract with MNPA Limited to manage its new web-based customer self-service portal.

The Attenda contract is the first significant web-based project for MNPA, aimed at delivering more self-service options to their membership to improve customer care and reduce the administration burden internally.
