Password protected web site - HELM Control panel
« on: November 30, 2008, 10:16:10 AM »
Hi,

I have site hosted on Windows 2003 server and HELM as a control panel. I have tried to create secure folder from HELM but now web site asking for username and password but I have just protected one folder inside the root directory. Any idea, what could be the wrong?

Thanks,

Ramesh

Resetting Internet Web User (domain.com_web user for HELM server) password should fix this problem. Once you reset the password for web user, assign anonymous user again from IIS for that domain.
