Hi,
I have recently installed phpbb3 in my directory called "forum" with phpbb-seo mod. In the root directory, I have wordpress installed.
Now, as per seo Mod, I have added the required code in the .htaccess file but when I try to access any forum, it is giving me 404 error page of wordpress. Below is the code I have in .htaccess file:

I have not made any changes in the code. I have just copied it from ACP. I have double checked all the modification in files that are required for phpbb-seo Mod and all are ok. Now sure what I am doing wrong. Any help to fix this would be appreciated.
