I was searching for free hosting quite long time for my blog. I was thinking about 150m.com
But friend offered to take a look at payed hosting service - Host1Plus. They quite cheap.
SO please help me to choose which of them are better to start a blog with quite new idea.

For free web hosting you can try freehostia.com.

For paid hosting, I suggest to go for accuwebhosting.com.. look at their new plans. They are offering 5GB space and 3 domains at $4 cost.

Hi MichealJack,

Hopefully you have some basic concepts about web design. Try visiting www[.]weebly[.]com , www[.]webnode[.]com.

These websites provide free online web design services and hosting disk space as well. You can simply register your domain and point it back. You can also even add Adsense codes and earn through your website and blogs.
Setup your own home business  to earn a lot

Go for paid hosting.
It is much more reliable than free hosting.

You've decided to start an Internet Business so you must choose a hosting company. At this point you should do a little research of your own. I could recommend you some web hosting companies that worked for me but in time the quality of recommended hostings could drop, due to high number of customers. The best way is to show you how to choose, also there's a lot of web hosting companies, is not hard to do, and you must choose by yourself the one that fits with your needs.A golden rule: cheap webhosting do not means also reliable hosting. Nowdays many hosting companies offers you 2-4 GB of disk space and 20-40 GB monthly traffic. This is a lot of traffic, a lot of resources, when you start an Internet Business you will not need so much traffic. Only high trafficed website will need 40 GB of monthly bandwidth. Also I've deal with problem when a webhosting offered me 40 GB of webspace but they had so many customers so their webservers were high loaded and from time to time my website could not be accessed.

I think you have to go with host1.com. I also get lots of good review for this web host company. Its really the best and cheap hosting service provider that affordable to budget. Its provide many of good hosting service and also provide fast and stable server to host your site.

First thing to begin with: all hosting providers are very similar for the first view, but incomparable if digging deeper. Just go with the one that you are comfortable with by:
Hardware
Regularly updated hardware is the most critical issue for a web hosting company, because constant server capacity improvements obviously the best guarantee of stability. Paramount factor.
Price
Do not trifle away time/money trying to pick up cheap/quality service, which is nonsense.  Professional support and high-performance hardware is expensive.
Business Specialisation
Find the right hosting plan/package for your website depending on the expertise of your business to be able to indicate your actual needs.
Technical Specialisation
Every web hosting plan dedicated for different websites, since there is a difference between a small blog and an e-commerce aggregator. Again, cheap hosting package lacking RAM, processing power, and enough disk space to serve heavy traffic.
Technical Support
Test them to make your own opinion on the service provided and find out all the snags, like 24/7 support, outsource or in-house, and so on.
Components
Your future hosting provider is not just server, but more evident a multiple data center implementing energy-saving and security practices. Find the most relevant features for your website, evaluate them and estimate the result.
Control Panel
Crucial for support and maintenance , as you will definitely install CMS, set up an email, FTP by your own. Find out if your future provider use major hosting management platforms (like www.serversuit.com/www.webmin.com) or dispersed GUI with obsolete design. Begin with demo versions.
Scalability
Plans/packages should be able to evolutionize concurrently with your website/business needs. Current web hosting plan certainly will need to be changed when your site traffic and load raised.

Choosing a web hosting service is difficult nowadays because web hosting service providers are increasing day by day and their technology also increasing in parallel. For choosing the web hosting service, you must know the quality of 5 points that I am going to mention below.,

Speed: Google ranking only plays the role in the website. If you rank in google, you will be popular. solution for this, Load speed must be higher and so visitors will come and visit your web host.

Uptime: Your Website wants to live round the clock 24/7 which makes the better criteria for the web hosting service where your website will be visible to all the peoples.

Support: While providing the web hosting service surely there will be some technical issue will happen. To resolve the fault, you want to have technical support 24/7.

Security: Malware and virus causes will be common but before causes happen to web hosting service you want to be ready for precautionary measures.

Value: The features expansion and offering price for the web hosting service will play the better growth for the best web hosting service.
