Firstly, you are not allowed to use it for business purposes, meaning that you cannot use it to receive money from selling anything or providing a service.Secondly, a personal account can only receive money free of charge if the other party is sending you from an existing paypal balance. If they send you through a credit card, you will buy a much higher service charge and be restricted to 5 such transactions a year. Remember that only other sellers from the 40 out of the 190 countries can receive paypal funds and probably a smaller pool of sellers who actually keep paypal balances so you be seriously restricting your market base to a small pool of customers.
