I  need a web server to our company database. therefore I collect information. I like linux open source system.

I will suggest to use Apache web server. https://httpd.apache.org/ here you will find all details regarding apache web server.

Hey
You can choose any Linux distribution you familiar with.
I prefer Debian but it's strictly personal.

You can configure and install Apache+PHP+MySQL software stack on any Linux distribution so don't worry about that.
Take a look here for example how to install and configure web server on CentOS 6.
