Looks like IBM is again taking a long jump, but surely this time users would be able to enjoy an expanded array of services. Since, Softlayer already have established their headquarters in Dallas, Texas, along with data centers and network points of presence in the United States, Asia and Europe it won't be hard for IBM to maximize their customer base provide better solutions as compare to their rivals.
