hello

one of my clients have been receiving abov bound back...

I checked smarter mail SMTP log for the sender mail id.

it is showing delivery completed (bounced)

any solution?

Login to your SmarterMail server via RDP and telnet on port 25 for IP address mentioned in bounce. If you are unable to connect, that means you are unable to reach to that server or recipient is blocking your IP for some reason.

No, it doesn't matter. If you are able to connect to remote server via telnet from your mail server, most likely your server's IP is blocked in the recipient server.
