The regions where their servers are present are   USA: Virginia, Oregon, North Carolina, San Francisco, New York. you may select package of 1GB DO server which has 1GB of RAM, 2TB of BW, 30GB of Hard Drive space. If his website starts getting more traffic in future, he will easily scale it to 2GB or above.
