Minimalist eCommerce solution advice!

Hello guys!   
I have this a real estate WordPress based site  and now I want a minimalist eCommerce solution to sell services via my resource. Strictly speaking I don't need a shopping cart, but I need a way to monetize my website.
I've looked into different options but still haven't found the most appropriate one. So what do you guys think? What would be the best minimalist solution to use?
