Hi

Calculate CPC (Cost Per Click)
CPC stands for Cost Per Click and is an important metric for marketers to understand when analyzing the performance of their digital campaigns and arbitraging opportunities. The formula to calculate cost per click is the cost to the advertiser divided by the amount of clicks.

For Example
If a campaign cost an advertiser $100 and they received 32 clicks, the CPC would be $3.125 (100/32 = #.125) If you are a publisher levering a demand source to earn revenue and your inventory has a CPC of $3.25, you are in the high end of the spectrum. Some CPC's on certain advertisements can range anywhere from $.01 – $4.00 on average. It is import to understand this metric to see if a programmatic ad campaign is performing.

Hope this help you.

Cost per click, which usually goes by the acronym of CPC, has two different meanings. For a search engine, the term cost per click means how much the search engine charges advertisers each time a visitor clicks on a sponsored link. Cost per click can also mean the total cost accrued by the advertiser when the ad is clicked on, from just listing the ad to the additional cost of the click-through on the part of the visitor.

Let's say your ad gets two clicks, one costing $0.20 and one costing $0.40, for a total cost is $0.60. You'd divide $0.60 (your total cost) by 2 (your total number of clicks) to get an average CPC of $0.30.
