My requirements are:
Linux (over 100 gbs of hard disk)
My budget is $40/mo. Server location Mexico
I am planning to host my clients' web sites at cheap dedicated hosting account.
What host is better: Ipxon.com or QHoster.com
Do they offer any discounts?
Where can I read customer hosting reviews about them?
