cPanel AutoSSL option not showing to user

Started by Chris, March 25, 2024, 06:15:07 PM

Chris

Hi,

I have recently configured one cPanel server for shared hosting. I have noticed that cPanel user is not able to manage their AutoSSL certificate from their cPanel.

In cPanel SSL/TLS Status option is not showing. I have verified that it is enabled from "Feature Manager". Did I mess up something?

Greatly appreciate if anyone can help to fix this!

Thanks,
Chris

Hello Chris,

It requires to enable couple of settings to allow end cPanel user to manage SSL/TLS status and AutoSSL certificate. You can refer our following KB to resolve this problem:

SSL/TLS Status is not showing in cPanel

Don't worry, you just need to adjust couple of settings. That's it!

Regards,
Kailash
