How to Convert OST Emails to PST Format?

You can convert OST emails to PST in two ways:

1. Manual Method (if Outlook works with the OST):

Open Outlook → File > Open & Export > Import/Export → Export to Outlook Data File (.pst).

Select folders and save the PST file.

2. Automated Method (if OST is orphaned or inaccessible):

Use a professional tool like BLR OST to PST Converter. It safely converts OST emails, contacts, calendars, and attachments into PST while keeping the folder structure intact.

Manual export works only for active OSTs; otherwise, a converter tool is the reliable choice.
