Import PST to New Outlook Became Easier in 2026

One of the biggest issues with the New Outlook earlier was the lack of PST support. I delayed upgrading because I still had old mailbox archives stored in PST files. Thankfully, Microsoft finally introduced a native option to import PST to New Outlook in 2026.

I tested it with one of my smaller PST files and the process was smooth for email migration. The imported emails appeared in my mailbox after syncing with Office 365, and the folder structure stayed mostly intact.

However, I still faced some issues with older calendar entries and a few contact folders. That's when I looked for alternatives and came across the DRS Softech PST File Converter.
