What’s the Best Way to Convert MBOX to PST After Switching Jobs?

I recently changed jobs and my previous email history is stored in Thunderbird as MBOX files. Those emails include project discussions, contracts, attachments, and important conversations that I may need in the future. My new organization uses Outlook, so I'm trying to find a dependable way to convert MBOX to PST and keep everything accessible.

The manual solutions I found online involve installing Thunderbird, syncing accounts, and moving emails through Outlook. It sounds manageable for a few folders, but I have several GB of email data, and I'm worried about mistakes during the process. Missing emails or damaged attachments could become a serious issue later.

During my research, I found references to the DRS Softech MBOX Converter Tool. It appears to be designed specifically for handling larger MBOX archives, but before trying anything, I wanted to ask the Reddit community for real feedback.

For those who have already completed a Thunderbird-to-Outlook migration, what approach did you use? Did you encounter problems with folder names, embedded attachments, or email timestamps? I'm hoping to avoid spending hours on a method that may not work reliably for larger mailboxes. Any recommendations based on personal experience would be greatly appreciated.
