Guys, I need your help!
Just wondering, how much does it cost to build an iOS app? Does anyone have any experience?

The cost of iPhone application development can range anywhere from a few thousand dollars but on average it's around $20.000 (approximately). I recommend you apply to app development company and discuss all questions. If you really need an app. I am pretty sure they will answer all your questions.

If it comes to Mac then you have some options. First of all, you should delete all useless files and clean up a hard drive. Also, you should eliminate duplicate files. After these steps, your Mac has to be much faster.

Divi is a good theme with many advantages but, I think, Monstroid 2 is better. For example, it has perfectly optimized plugins, skins etc. Here is the comparison - https://www.templatemonster.com/blog/divi-3-vs-monstroid2-the-great-showdown/

Based on my personal experience, I'd recommend one - https://voiptimecloud.com/online-contact-management-software . It's great and irreplaceable tool for your business. It helps to plan your tasks, easily filter leads, import your database into the system.

Avada has a lot of advantages but I prefer Monstroid 2. I've read about the comparison Avada 5 and Monstroid 2. I have to say that Monstroid is better because of plugins, skins, lifetime support etc - https://www.templatemonster.com/blog/avada-5-0-vs-monstroid-2/

Avada users say that they found it very simple in use but Divi is flexible. As for me, I use Monstroid 2 and it's easy to explain why - https://www.templatemonster.com/blog/avada-5-0-vs-monstroid-2/

Yes, absolutely agree with all of you. In order to make it works, there are certain ""rules"" such as on-page/off-page optimization and design. I want to focus on the design because most often this important part is missing. With design help you can easily improve your ranking etc. It isn't necessary to hire a specialist. You can do it by yourself. Setup a new template as I always do. Recommend this awesome wordpress portfolio themes. It works, believe me.

All these tips are good, thanks. I want to add one more.
Web design is important for SEO. That's why you should ""upgrade"" your website from time to time. Usually, I do it with templates help. Can recommend awesome wordpress portfolio themes. Try and you won't regret :)

On-Page SEO is the SEO on your actual page or blog. One of the most popular ways that search engines worldwide tend to rank websites is by looking for the prominence and frequency of certain keywords and phrases on various facets of your site, and assigning an appropriate degree of weight accordingly.

Off-Page SEO is the use of keywords off your site. Search engines use mentions of your site, business name, and keywords used on other places across the web in order to determine your ranking in their results.
