If you do not want to create an email account but just want to forward the emails send to particular account to another account then you can create Email Forwarding account from HELM 3. You will require to follow the below steps to create email forwarder:

[1] Login to your domain HELM control.
[2] Click on "Domains" icon.
[3] Now, click on your web site name.
[4] Go to "Email Forwarding" option and click on "Add New" button.
[5] Enter email address and "Forward To" address; save your settings.

Let us consider that you have an email account [email protected] and you want to set an auto responder for the same email account from your HELM 3 control panel. It is quite easy to set an auto responder from HELM:

[1] Login to your domain HELM control.
[2] Click on "Domains" icon.
[3] Now, click on your web site name.
[4] Go to "Email Accounts (POP3)" option and click on your email address [email protected].
[5] Select the check box "Enable Responder" and enter your message in text area; save your settings.

[Store & Forward To]

To create store and forward email account, you will need to follow the same steps as to create an email account. You will just need specify "Store & Forward To" address in last step. Following are the exact steps:

[1] Login to your domain HELM control.
[2] Click on "Domains" icon.
[3] Now, click on your web site name.
[4] Go to "Email Accounts (POP3)" option and click on "Add New" button.
[5] Enter Email Address, Password, Confirm Password and and email address where you want to forward another copy of the email in "Store & Forward To" filed and save your settings.
