Parallels has officially announced that Parallels HELM 3 and HELM 4 will reach “End of Life” and “End of Support” status, as of December 31, 2014. Following is their official announcement.

We would like to notify you that all versions of Parallels Helm will reach “End of Life” and “End of Support” status, as of December 31, 2014. This means that Parallels will cease further development and security fixes and will no longer be accepting technical support requests related to Helm.
Parallels recommends that all customers using Parallels Helm consider migrating to Parallels Plesk 11.5 or to Parallels Plesk Automation 11.5, depending on the version of the software and number of servers you are using.
Why Migrate?
Top reasons for migrating to Parallels Plesk 11.5 or Parallels Plesk Automation 11.5 include:
- Improve security and protect against known malware exploits
- Offer more capabilities
- Simplify administration and reduce costs
- Increased performance
In addition, Parallels will also provide free, unlimited support to customers who migrate to a Parallels Plesk 11.x Unlimited Domain lease license or to Parallels Plesk Automation 11.5.
Customers using Helm 3 with
Parallels recommends migrating to Parallels Plesk 11.5, since you may not need the additional multi-server management features of Parallels Plesk Automation.

Customers using Helm 4 or Helm 3 with Four or More Active Servers
Parallels recommends migrating to Parallels Plesk Automation 11.5. For medium to large multi-server environments, Parallels Plesk Automation allows you to manage all servers from a single interface on a central management node. In addition, an upcoming release of Parallels Plesk Automation will also enable you to manage VPS containers and virtual machines from the same central management node.
